What is a Marketing Funnel
What is a marketing funnel and why should every online marketer create one?
It is a marketing strategy used to get prospective customers to buy items from you. It is a selling process by which a person comes to your blog looking for information that can aid in solving a specific issue. However, via certain tools, you will learn how to build an ongoing relationship with every visitor.
This will help you know the wants and needs of each visitor. This will help you give the most accurate information to all your visitors. If you can build trust with a potential customer, they are more likely to buy your products. This visitor will then become a customer.
Many customers eventually become extremely loyal customers and will purchase almost anything your website sells. The marketing funnel is a compilation of the various steps involved in converting visitors to buyer who is willing to buy whatever you offer.

This is the main goal for any internet marketer. It is achievable with a properly designed funnel.
Your marketing materials are attracting people's attention and guiding them to your funnel. They enter the funnel once they fill out the forms on your PERSONAL lead capture page. Because nobody is going to opt-in on your business' lead capture page, I have declared it "personal". They are looking to become a leader, not a company.
The page for lead capture is where they enter the funnel. When they click the "Sign up Now" or "Enter here" buttons, they will be able to access a whole different universe of marketing through networks.
The best thing is that they're qualified to do it. It's their choice. They don't have to buy you as a mentor or leader. You can also show them how they can get more leads and money into their business.
This is the way a typical marketing funnel works:
You can offer a free product to your "front-end" to draw and attract people who are interested in your offerings. You must register to receive the product (also known as opt-in) and enter your email address and name. They will then be added to your email marketing list.
Now, you've got those contacts on your email list and can send other similar offers to them that they may be interested in.
Right after signing up for the free offer you'll be directed to a page that has a low-cost offer or what's known as trip wire offers. This is where they will be taken to the "backend" of funnel.
If the buyer buys the lowest-priced deal, they will be directed to a comparable offer at a more expensive cost (commonly known as an Upsell). Also, the buyer will be transferred to the next offer when they purchase the same offer at a higher cost. The list could go on and on...
